               Mind  The Say-Do Gap   Our behaviour is our single greatest mode of communication and it must be congruent with what we say. If our actions don’t align with our words then there will be trouble which can turn into big problem trouble if not corrected swiftly and genuinly . Rule of thumb , is better to say nothing or delay our communication until we should dramatically improve the connectivity with people from all walk of life .
